Forum Capital Advisors Launches New Ticker-Based Interval Fund Through Axos Advisor Services

Axos Advisor Services, a hybrid custodian and financial services company with powerful, integrated custodial and banking solutions, has teamed up with Forum Capital Advisors LLC(“Forum”) to expand investment offerings for its advisors by adding the Forum Real Estate Income Fund (“the Fund”) to the Axos investment platform.

Forum is a Denver-based, investment adviser registered with the SEC and serves as investment adviser to the Fund, a 1940 Act interval fund providing access to institutional commercial real estate debt investments typically unavailable to individual investors.

Now available on the Axos platform with ticker symbol FORFX, the Forum Real Estate Income Fund is focused on maximizing current income, preserving investor capital, and realizing long-term capital appreciation by utilizing floating-rate debt and targeting investments backed by hard assets with quality sponsors.

“Axos advisors now have a simple ‘point-and-click’ solution for exposure to institutional real estate debt securities – one with competitive investment minimums, no subscription documents, and no investor restrictions,” said Darren Fisk, Forum Founder & CEO. “Since first launching the Fund in October 20191, we have built a diverse portfolio of 36 investments across 48 states with gross AUM of $72.8 million, (net AUM of $58.9 million) since inception. Forum, together with our sub-advisor Janus Henderson Investors, US LLC provides the Fund greater visibility and access to hard-to-source institutional debt investments that it wouldn’t otherwise see.”

“The Forum Real Estate Income Fund is a welcome addition to the Axos platform, giving wealth managers entry to the hard-to-access private real estate asset class and the ability to scale private real estate investments across their book of business with a simple ticker symbol,” said Rob Hellmann, Vice President of Product Management at Axos Advisor Services.

“We are excited to expand distribution of the Forum Real Estate Income Fund to independent RIAs and believe that the Axos platform will not only give Forum greater exposure to this wealth management audience but also provide Axos advisors with a portfolio differentiator when talking with their clients,” said Tyler Bain, Managing Director – Business Development at Forum. “This partnership supports our overall strategy to offer ease of access to institutional commercial real estate debt investments.”
